Maxi Oval Racing Slip-On
Giannelli’s Oval section silencers are the result of the
know-how acquired with the racing experience, and are built with
technologically advanced materials. These silencers allow an increase of the
bike’s performance throughout the whole power range, while reducing of about
50% the weight. The components are assembled by means of T.I.G. and
M.I.G. welding. The cone-shaped internal core of this silencer is direct and
is covered by top quality sound absorbent material. The use of materials
such as titanium, carbon fiber and aluminium allows great durability, even
with in the most extreme conditions. The final assembly is made with
stainless steel clamps and rivets that grant a great mechanical resistance,
and conveniently avoid exhaust gasses dispersion. The silencer is fitted to
the bike by means of stainless steel mid pipe with a reduced thickness.

 Innovative
for its design and for and for its small dimensions, the “Maxi CYL” series is
the product you need to improve the performance of sportbikes while cutting the
exhausts weight. This line is available in carbon fiber and aluminium, in high
and low-mount version, with a 100 and 110 mm diameter round silencer. The
silencer is handcrafted by experts and controlled one by one to guarantee the
high quality standards that distinguish all Giannelli Silencers’ products. The
internal core is cone shaped and made of high quality stainless steel developed
to assure a fast flow of all exhaust emissions. The core is covered by sound
absorbent material of the best quality and resistant to a temperature as high as
1000°. The silencer’s sports look is given by the stainless steel mid pipe and
the T.I.G. welding.
Homologated Aluminium & Carbon Fiber
The same performance features and durability of the carbon fiber
sportbike exhaust characterize the homologated Aluminium and Carbon Fiber
sportbike exhausts series. The silencer’s profile is Oval, and as the titanium
series, these silencers come either with a high and low-mount version. The
silencer’s core is semi-direct and made of high quality stainless steel and
assembled by expert handcrafters using T.I.G. welding processes. The internal
core is surrounded by premium quality sound absorbent material that contains
noise emissions within the limits established by European law. The silencer
looks exactly like the ones that our riders use in the World and AMA Superbike
championship. The production process of every single component is the same as
well. The only difference between the two lies in the homologation number-plate
printed by lasers on the silencer’s end cap.

Homologated Stainless Steel & Titanium
The line of EEC homologated Giannelli silencers is designed to offer
the same resistance and durability as the stock exhaust while reducing of about
50% the weight, and increasing the performance of the bike throughout the
whole power range. The silencer is made of Stainless Steel and Titanium, and has
an oval profile and is available in the high-mount and low-mount version. The
cone-shaped internal core is semi-direct and is made of high quality stainless
steel of reduced thickness and welded by expert welders using T.I.G. processes.
The core is covered by top quality sound absorbent quality, that reduces noise
emissions and keep them within the limits established by European laws. The
silencer’s design is the same as the one our riders use in the World and AMA
Superbike competitions. The production process of every single component is the
same as well. The only difference between the two lies in the homologation
number-plate printed by lasers on the silencer’s end cap.
Titanium:
Mid pipes and header pipes
 Mid
pipes and header pipes are the most important part of an exhaust system. Not
only are they the connection between the engine and the silencer, but it is the
mid-pipe and especially the collector that determine the performance of the
exhaust system. The silencer is meant to keep the noise down, but the collector
and the mid-pipe determine the flow of the exhaust gasses and the shock waves,
and thus the way the engine breathes. And if the engine breathes well - just
like an athlete - the engine pulls like a rocket.
EPROM
The special Giannelli Silencers EPROM applied to the electronic unit
optimize the behaviors of the starting/injection system thanks to the new
silencers. The technicians of Giannelli Silencers R&D department provided to
work out the best mappings in order to guarantee greatly improved performances.
Ipersport
Giannelli designed a brand new silencer: the Ipersport. The Ipersport
was born from a tight collaboration between Giannelli R&D and our style
department. We wanted to offer something new. Something special. With its
revolutionary asymmetrical diamond shape the Ipersport certainly is a special
one. An excellent symbiosis between aesthetics and performance. The shape was
designed to flawlessly follow the lay-out of the newest motorcycle models,
reducing the outer space as much as possible. During development and
prototyping, special attention was given to weight reduction, the quality of the
materials and the durability of the product. All Ipersport welding is done with
the TIG-technique. The Ipersport is fully hand-crafted. Besides titanium, carbon
and aluminium, the silencer is also available is stainless steel. The new
end-cap, designed according to racing principles, features an extractable
dB-killer, so the silencer can be used on closed circuits as well as on the
street. The Ipersport is available as a slip-on version or as a full system.
