• Huge 2.5" diameter outlet tips have an aggressive 55 degree slash-cut that creams MotoGP and/or Stunter styling.
• Muffler shells are extremely lightweight and robotically welded for a seamless fit.
• 6061 t-6 aluminum billet end caps are CNC-machined from solid material to exacting tolerances.
• Components are so precisely machined and assembled, that they require only four stainless steel button head screws on each end to secure them.
• Exit caps are stylishly milled with the BOZ Brothers B logo and tribal etching.
• All system available with street core and racing core, and are packed exclusively with long-lasing Silent Sport Premium from Germany.
• Street cores feature 18" L mufflers shells and 2" high-percentage perforated cores to ensure a quieter exhaust tone; most average 82-84 dB at idle, 93-95 dB at 5000 rpm (tested statically at 20", 45 degree); under-tail models have shorted mufflers so sound levels will be slightly higher.
• Racing cores feature 15" L muffler shells and 2.5" low-percentage perforated cores for maximum flow and aggressive exhaust tone; most average 85-88 dB at idle; 97-100 dB at 5000 rpm (tested statically at 20", 45 degree); under-tail models have shorter mufflers so sound levels will be slightly higher.
